Oreo Stuffed Brownies with Oreo Vanilla Frosting
These Oreo-stuffed fudgy brownies are rich and decadent and the vanilla frosting on top, mimics the Oreo frosting found in the middle of Oreo cookies and then there are more Oreo cookies loaded on top with a chocolate ganache drizzle. Ingredients
Oreo Stuffed Brownies
1 stick unsalted butter
3/4 cup 60% cacao bittersweet chocolate chips
2 large eggs room temp
1 cup sugar
scant 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 cups + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 cups + 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
8-10 Oreo cookies chopped or broken up into quarters.
Oreo Vanilla Frosting
2 tablespoons shortening like Crisco
1/2 stick unsalted butter softened
1/2 cup marshmallow creme
2/3 cup confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
pinch of salt
6-8 Oreo cookies chopped or broken into quarters
Chocolate Ganache
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon unsalted butter

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
